"We had the roof replaced in August. The roofing team text me the night before and arrived on time. They completed the work in one day. They did a great job cleaning up, and took care not to damage the bushes or flowers when removing the shingles. The roof looks great and we are super happy with the results. We also had a patch of siding reattached and we had a canopy in the way. They told us to contact them when we take it down for the winter and they would come fix it then. I contacted them and they responded and scheduled a time to come out and fix it. The roof was installed in August and we just got the invoice in November for the services. I am assuming it took so long since they went back and forth between our insurance. Ultimately we paid what we had agreed to pay and we are happy about that. Nathan was the contact person for this job and he stayed in contact the whole time and was very polite and professional. Overall we are happy with the results and would recommend this company to people looking for a roof replacement."

"The siding crew was professional and did great work, and they were also very responsive to requests for adjustments. The siding itself was also very high quality. The window crew was equally good, and worked fast. We were very satisfied with the quality of the product and the installation. The also installed a new front door for us that looks great."

"The technician showed us in detail the condition of our 35-year-old gas furnace and we agreed it was no longer safe.  In conversation with him, we also mentioned that we were going that day to purchase a whole-house generator.  He told us Mister Quik sells and installs the same unit we were planning to purchase.  He was able to get a representative to our house within 2 hours the same day and we found that the purchase + install price was better than we were able to get elsewhere.  Financing options were also considerably better.  After deciding on the new furnace, we opted to replace our old, nearly worn out air conditioner, and get the generator from them as well.  All of the work was completed within a week and the installers were prompt, courteous, and very helpful in showing us all operations.  There was absolutely no pressure to buy at any time.  They simply gave us the information we asked for and waited for us to determine what we most needed.  We appreciated the no-pressure approach.

"Had some scheduling conflicts on the contractor's end. Originally scheduled for a Friday didn't come out until the following Wednesday. would have preferred a phone call or text about the reschedule instead of the Angies list messaging system. Inspection was quick and minor repairs went well. Eric had good advise to offer and was very professional and nice. I would use him when ready to replace entire roof!"

"We had an issue. They tried to rectify it by giving us some other stuff. The stuff they gave us was nice. You have to make sure the salesman draws the entire plan with measurements before they install it and everyone finds it, it's not just verbal. The manager was really nice after we had our miscommunication with the doors. There are six sliding glass doors. I was very clear to the salesman that I wanted to make it so that there wasn't a lot of space in between the doors that did not have glass and our view was not blocked by more Aluminium and it was. He told me that there would, maybe, be seven inches of Aluminium between the doors and there was more like 20. It was nobody's fault but me and the salesman. The people who put it in were very professional and very good. The manager was very professional and very good. I wasn't here when they installed it. So, I wasn't able to tell them to stop. But the salesman told us several times, once on the phone and once in person that that much would not be blocked and that it would be glass."

"We had just had a new roof seven years ago by a different company. This was a totally different experience. Randy was prompt with the inspection and quote. His team was here on the arranged date. They came early, stayed late, and finished in a day and a half. They were careful of our landscaping when removing the old roof and meticulous about cleaning up when the job was finished. Their roofing work is very professional - attending to details we didn’t think of. We are very pleased with our new roof and gutters."

"They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good."
