"This all started when our neighbors tried to get some roof repairs done and we said sure, we’d be glad to have your contractor look at our roof, so trusting and innocent. It turned out our neighbors didn’t have any problems but we did – the rainy year had killed our roof and added mold! Chris Jordan’s Quality Insulation company did the moldy insulation removal and replacement with top quality insulation. Chris and company made a stressful situation much easier to handle. They were prompt: the crew arrived on time and was very careful with protecting our house, i.e. drop clothes and handling things in the attic and cleaning up so that it was like they were never there – no debris, dust, etc. In addition they assessed new problems, i.e., work done by the previous owners that wasn’t insulated at all. They were flexible when we had to reschedule because our HOA was doing paving on the day we were originally scheduled to do the work."

"I have an 80+ year old bungalow. The former attic space was finished out by a previous owner, but they did a really sloppy job. Maxc Impressions removed all the shoddy work, and redid all the drywall and carpentry. Their work turned out beautiful. The space looks like the new house. The project went very smoothly. All communications were prompt and clear. And the price was reasonable, based on the three estimates I got in advance. Would definitely hire again."

I will update my review after completion of the project, which I’m very eager to see. ***** UPDATE ***** It's been about two weeks with our finished kitchen and we could not be happier. It looks and FEELS amazing. The main factors of renovating our kitchen was our squeaky floors and lack of space in the cabinets. When expressing these concerns during the design phase, Mario was able to take that into account, while also keeping our budget in mind. We were very thankful that we felt he was working WITH us, instead of bullying us or convince to spend outside of our means. Being budget friendly did not jeopardize the final outcome in quality or style. Also, during the design project, we were having trouble narrowing down our quartz color choice, and we were fortunate enough that Mario was able to provide us with a recommendation with his various years in the business and the recommendation came out beautifully! During the quote/selection process, Mario supplied us with a very detailed and tiered quote, so that everything was transparent & laid out the different costs for each option we were interested in. He also helped coordinate a visit so we could see the necessary samples in person to ensure we would be happy with the result, with very short notice on our part! As is realistic with most construction projects, there were a few bumps along the road, but we were lucky enough that Mario's team was able to come up with quick and innovative solutions that did not affect the price, look, or timeline. Mario made it a point to make himself available throughout the process to discuss or address any concerns in a timely manner. Whenever we picked at certain details, we brought it to his attention and were very apologetic for being nitpicky. Mario was quick to reassured us and even he encouraged us to speak up so that we would be 100% satisfied with the final outcome. He would often say that this was an investment that he wanted us to enjoy for years to come. The entire renovation included, but not limited to: - demoed old, cracked and improperly installed ceramic tiling - reinforced our subfloor so that there is NO squeaky!!! (This has been particularly amazing for us!) - installed Floating LVT - added a water shut-off valve for the fridge - demoed old formica countertops - installed beautiful quartz countertop and extending it to include a bar hang - demoed old cabinets - installed new cabinets that included various pull-out shelves for storage and increase the overall height of the cabinets - rerouted the range vent in a more logical and aesthetically pleasing way His team was very dedicated to the final project and worked long hours, as needed, but were still respectful of our time and space. I have already recommended Mario and his team to various people I know for any house projects!"

"This Master Bedroom renovation has been a pleasant experience in comparison with the experience I had in renovating the kitchen. (NOTE: another contractor was used).  Mr. Almonte has an uncanny ability in listening to the client (me) and producing ideas into something tangible.  The design of the master bedroom is one that is inclusive of my desires as well as exhibiting a blend of traditional elegance with contemporary styling.  The project is not complete as of yet; but I am so happy with the results thus far.  The room has certainly been transformed into an inviting and magnificent habitat. (NOTE:  Some family members and friends have viewed the work in progress and share my excitement and pleasure.  Currently, we are in the process of having the custom headboard panels made.  The project is expected to be completed within a couple of months due to the master bathroom renovation occurring simultaneously. <br /> In finalizing my remarks, Mr. Almonte's professionalism is near perfection. He works with your interests at heart. He is truly talented and passionate about his profession. <br />"
