At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"I found Mr. Hershberger on angies list, after seachingh for a contractor to fix a supposed problem in my attic, according to homeowners insurance company. When I contacted him he was very helpful in answering all my questions and when he came out to my house to inspect the situation, he also called the windstorm inspection company on my behalf to get clarification . I ultimately hired him to install accordian hurricane shutters throughtout my home. His company did exellent work and I was 100% percent satisfied. I will definitely hire him again for other home improvements/ upgrades.

"I was in a bit of a bind because my A/C went out and I had a renter coming in 2 days.  They responded to my call immediately. They replaced it immediately. They were there for 8 hours and did not stop until it was done and even bought me dinner.  They followed up after the installation also.  I have had awful experiences with the local A/C companies and this company was not even close and had no problem driving down to Big Coppitt Key. The price of the new A/C was very reasonable too! You must use these guys! Nice clean cut guys too!"
