"I followed a lead a friend mentioned and having a water management basement drain system checked to see if any blockage going towards the sump pump. This is the 30th year of having the water management inside basement draining system. Placed a project and shortly got a call from Dun Rite Drain Cleaning. I was able to speak to an actual technician as my job is not about sewer, toilets, etc. Spoke with Sterling at Dun Rite Drain Cleaning and he gave good information and he also agreed I should contact the company that has the warranty. He did mention that the companies in general hire out the drain inspection as they do not have on staff such personnel. I was given a rough quote as FYI. After getting information I contacted the company that I have warranty with, and it was determined I did not need the service. The company with warranty had me take pictures and will get back with me after reviewing them. Gave information to the friend who suggested a camera system and he mentioned a good tool to get for my own peace of mind to check out the system and can be used for looking at other enclosures."

"This was not an emergency repair, we were fortunate to be able to schedule the replacement about a week in advance. Heil sent an estimator to look at the space and make a recommendation. We originally wanted a Hybrid system but they advised against it given the space and need to collect/vent moisture. We selected a 75 gallon electric water heater. On the scheduled day, They were on time, removed the old water hearter and installed the new one - professional and courteous the whole time. Unfortunately, the new heater leaked the same day. They returned and made a temporary patch until they could return the next day with a replacement part. They returned, replaced the part and after they left we found that the tank leaked again in another place. They returned the next day and before we could insist that we wanted a different tank (clearly an out of the box failure on this one) they said they would replace the tank which they did. Our first, second and third experiences with Heil were all great with customer service and technical expertise. The inconvenience of multiple extra days without hot water and having to be there for four visits was unexpected and unfortunate however Heil responded correctly and made it right. You can get the measure of a company not only when things go right but also how they respond when things go wrong. We would use them again."

"Mr. Rooter Plumbing came through! I filed a claim with my home warranty company because the up ur basement flooded on 5/28. I had to request a rush for the other company to come out. The company that came out was not that professional and told me I needed a new sump pit as well as a new sump pump. I was questioned the diagnosis and then had to argue with the home warranty company. I immediately got on Angi’s list and found Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours and gave a proper diagnosis. I argued with the home warranty company over the secondary diagnosis. I accepted a cash in lieu after escalating with the home warranty company. Scheduled the repair with Mr. Rooter and they came in 2 days and installed the new sump pump.
