These folks were able to pinpoint (and document through photos) the problems, which went beyond just the chimneys. I also had issues with cracks in my mortar and roof tucks. These guys were conscientious and professional, and obviously cared about the client's home. But the most impressive thing is that they are problem solvers and can do lots of things, which you don't always find these days. "<p>The leaks are still occuring. Yes there is a 10 year warrenty on repairs, but I'm getting tired of keeping buckets out and having to call after major rain and finding leaks. the roof I am refering to is about 2 hours from Nashville so getting timely responses have been frustrating and having to make the calls when my calls are not returned are getting frustrating. There is evidently another process they offer to detect leaks, but they have not done it yet, I am having to ask for that process to be done. Seems there aren't enough people in the company that know enough about it, so I will have to wait until they can get the one person familiar with the process to come do it. </p> Yes I said I would hire them again only because they have been "nice" and I feel this is an isolated incident. But my patience, which I have had plenty of, is now running thin. We are working on a year now since the repair was done."

"Supplies delivered when said. Roof rotten around boots replace only where needed. Rotten wood was replaced along gutters only where needed. Porch design was exactly as planned even though I didn't have any plan drawn up. Neighbors have given us good feed back on looks. We did have a call back on the vents to have them secured more and they were out the next day. Workers were always on time as specified by office. <br />"

"Very prompt and gave detailed information about work that was going to be performed. A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly."

"I was quoted a higher price from another contractor and chose to let Wooley Brothers do the work for a price that was much lower.  They started the job right on schedule and finished it that same day.  I am not a ducting expert but I know what my old ductwork looked like before they replaced it and from what I can see, everything looks good and I have noticed an improvement in both my heat temperature and the cool air from the air conditioner. I think they should get an "A" for punctuality, workmanship and very fair price.  They cleaned up all the old ductwork debris and hauled it off."
