"What a great experience ! After becoming accustomed to contractors who donâ t return calls , donâ t show up as scheduled , have a revolving door of inexperienced employees who are frequently characters you do not want in your home , CNY Flooring was a breath of fresh air ! Sid promptly got back to me , was able to get me on the schedule right away and showed up on time everyday until the job was finished . Sid and his two employees were friendly ,courteous and professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I absolutely LOVE my new hardwood floors , which replaced nasty disgusting carpet in four bedrooms . The whole process was so pleasant and easy that I plan to have them install new flooring in my basement. I feel like his price was reasonable, although I must admit that I didnâ t get other estimates because I was so impressed with his initial responsiveness and wanted to avoid the whole hassle of getting others to return my calls to secure estimates . I just went with my gut and Iâ m so glad I did . I am thrilled with the work and feel like I paid a fair price ."

"Edwin was very professional and helpful. He explained things well and was very friendly. He worked very hard and well into the night to finish the job in one day. The salesman on the other hand, though friendly and efficient when he came to our house, left out the fact that the quarter round would not be varnished to match the molding and the floor . This leaves us with more work to do and therefore further expenses. We felt that this should have been included. Also, communication on the part of the salesman was lacking. He didn't leave a business card with us, and didn't call us to give us a heads up as to when the pros would be arriving. I had to call Customer service myself. And then, when I called, I got an answering machine 3 times. But the pros seemed to do a good job!"

"Scott did a great job installing my floors! He installed prefinished hardwoods in my upstairs, downstairs and staircase. My floors are beautiful!"

"Excellent service from the owner to the installers. They have their own installers and are reliable and professional. We are going to install LVP next year and plan on using them again. SO much better than Tile and Carpet in pricing and service. We did a significant amount of research and pricing. Zero complaints-really-quite good."

""I switched over to Salt City Lawn Care in 2019 and boy am I glad I did. They did a fantastic job with weed treatment and greening up our lawn. I now have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. They provide fast friendly service but best of all, there were NONE of those aggravating, never ending, phone calls with sales pitches for treatments I don't want or need. I'm definitely in for 2020 and beyond!""

"Brandon called within a couple hours of my online request. He tore apart our old deck and rebuilt the underneath while saving our composite deck boards and railings. He did this job in two days! His attention to detail, integrity, and ability to communicate issues he saw were a much appreciated trait that you don’t find with many contractors these days. I will definitely hire him again!"

"JB Splash is a great company to work with. Quick and competitive appraisals. Keeps you well informed of when they will be there and how long the job should take. JB Splash has remodeled our bathroom and kitchen and most recently installed our new fence and did several general contracting jobs in the house in preparation to sell. We highly recommend JB Splash!"

"Did what they promised and showed up on time and remained until the job was done. Could have cleaned up a bit better but on the whole Steve and Zach are friendly, professional, and skilled in carpentry and other types of contracting work."
