Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing repairers in Claymont, DE

"Michael was very responsive to my request for help. I always previously told by Homestar that the water stains I was seeing in the ceiling in a few locations was due to the ridge vents that needed to be replaced. And that I needed a new roof with a 40k estimate for the roof. Micheal showed up and advised the leaks were from nail pops and the ridge vent and shingles were all fine. He provided photos and explained more will probably pop but the best option was to replace the faulty ones for now and check for any new next year. Finally a responsive, polite professional not looking to rip people off from the get go."

"I am very pleased with how my roof looks. The men did an amazing job! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends"

"John is a knowledgeable roofing repairman and knows how to assess a roof's shingles, vents, and flashing. We really only needed new flashing and vent caps to protect the life of our roof. I feel that my leak has been taken care of and other leaks potentially avoided thus extended the life of my architectural shingles... well worth it!"

"They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."

"Great work. Had them replace my whole flat roof on my warehouse amd my shingle roof at mu house. Not one complaint. Roofs are still in great shape. Eli came out within the next day. Checked out my roof which had leaks everywhere. He quoted me a very reasonable price and used top quality materials. I am very pleased and happy with the work. I highly recommend. Next project is my deck and I will only call 5 star."

"Simpson Home Improvement gave an all around great price and job done on our roof. We were under the expectation we needed a new roof. They were able to repair and seal our roof and stopped the leaks we had. A Great Business & event better people."

"If you need roofing work, do not hesitate to call this company. They are very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them."

"They did a great job on the roof at a reasonable price in comparison to the other quotes I received from other big name companies. Roof was a 20 year old and need an update. Appreciate, the straight to the point sales pitch. Constant communication throughout the process. Happy with the job thus far. Will continue to monitor for any issues."

"Jason is a great asset to the company. They did all that was promised and more. completed the new roof in a timely manor. did many repairs and corrected existing errors in roof. Very satisfied. Would most definitely recommend."

"Work was completed in two hours. In addition to the asphalt shingle damage repair we had them wrap a piece of fascia in aluminum. Good value and they were very careful to avoid damaging my wife's native plant garden that fills the entire front yard."
