"these were 2 separate jobs done several months apart. the first job of 2 pumps went extremely well. They re-dug out 2 pump pits and put sealed units and ran pipes out. All done perfectly. The window well system took a long time to schedule, which although I was getting impatient, I understand this was a busy year for this type work. However when they came out the job was done incorrectly the first time with several miscommunications . However, I admire companies that stand behind their work and strive to make the customer happy. Thanks to Dina and Gia at BQ they sent a crew back out to fix the deficiencies and they did the job right and to my satisfaction. With any job, occasionally things wrong, but standing behind your work and having integrity and good customer service is the key for me and that is why I would highly recommend them."

"BWN appeared to do an excellent job installing a sump pump system in our garage. My only complaint is that the external discharge system they "installed" consisted of at least 15 feet of large, unwieldy ADS piping that looked horrible and presented a tripping hazard (even contractors doing other work on the house commented negatively on it). When I asked BWN if they could make it less aesthetically and functionally displeasing, I was told that they don't bury their piping lest blockage occur. Having spoken with many other waterproofing and landscaping experts, I found this claim to be dubious at best."

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
