After getting estimates from multiple contractors, we chose AG Construction. We're so happy that we did ! We met with Alex and discussed in detail everything that needed to be done. ( removing & disposing of the old chain link fence, old wooden posts, overgrown shrubs, and left over cinder & patio blocks ) The crew began working in the morning and we're done with the installation ( 260 ft. of vinyl fencing ) & cleanup by late afternoon. "Juan Carlos, the President, was punctual, courteous and professional. When he came to my home for the consultation, he described (and showed me pictures of) my options and I ended up paying a little more to upgrade the materials and pattern for the walkway. On the day of installation -- which was a few days earlier than originally anticipated -- Juan Carlos and his crew were punctual, polite and friendly and it took only 4 or 5 hours to complete the work. They went above and beyond in removing my old paver stones and putting them where I requested in my back yard (although that wasn't part of what I had contracted for), and did a beautiful job on the installation. During the installation, they laid down additional gravel and sand and protective barrier before they installed the pavers. Then they smoothed everything out, made the height from the walkway to the front porch safer and a more comfortable stepping distance (the step from the porch to the walkway before was so high it could be dangerous, and they fixed it without even mentioning that they were going to do so, and without charging me extra for it), and applied a cement-type product to make the pavers stick solidly together. Before they left, they added additional mulch to the planter beds next to the walkway, which matched the mulch I already had down, then raked it all smooth (which, again, wasn't specified in my contract but they did it anyway). They also cleaned up all of the debris from the work and rolled up my garden hose and placed it back where I normally store it. I would definitely recommend Sylca Inc."

"This work was a continuation of what Kevin's crew began last year in the back yard. And he delivered again. They removed dozens of overgrown/overly matured bushes and shrubs and replaced with a variety of what will be an amazing visual effect once the new plants flower out. They also mulched, edged our beds with landscape stone and added a "green fence" (lattice with climbing hydrangeas) along the driveway. 46 plants in total. Regarding the quality and impact of Kevin's team's work, I can honestly say that, as my wife and I were outside staining the fence, no fewer than 10 people either stopped their cars or walked over to tell us how beautiful everything looked. No question if we need further work, Kevin will get the call."

"The lawn had silted up along one side of my house, so I needed the grading improved.  Ryan was professional and easy to talk to during the estimate, and I was pleased when he suggested laying stone alongside the foundation.  I wasn't sure it would fall within my budget, so he kindly worked up a "with" and "without" estimate for me.  I went with "with" and am very pleased with the result.  Ryan and his team worked quickly and efficiently, and even cut back a tree overhanging the driveway that I hadn't been able to reach.  I'm satisfied with their work and would definitely consider them for future landscaping jobs. <br />"
