"Louis and his crew are professional and skilled. We hired them to install turf and pavers. We quickly realized we had found the right people to handle all of our landscaping needs. We added to the project with hardscape and plants. The crew removed trees, bushes and even transplanted some. Topped it off with fresh stones giving us a clean beautiful back yard. We will have Louis back very soon to beautify the front yard. Louis is easy to work with. His experience and knowledge made us very comfortable allowing him creative design. "Original appointment was scheduled weeks in advance and set for the crew to arrive between 07:00 & 07:30 on moving day. A couple of days before that I received a call asking if the start time could be pushed out to between 12:00 and 1:00 which I agreed to. The crew arrived at 5:00 PM. Sammy, Victor, and Jose were tired from their previous jobs but in good spirits and ready to get started. We finished at 10:00 PM. The crew was good, the equipment was good, the scheduling was unacceptable. Unfortunately there are few options available at the 11th hour. In hindsight, I should not have agreed to the reschedule. If you choose to use this company make sure the original schedule is adhered to, or have a back up plan in place."

"Service provider was on time, was professional and courteous.  They informed us the inspection would take 2 hours and we didn't have to come until the last 15 minutes, but my husband wanted to be there for the whole thing and see the inspection.  The inspector was very tolerant of my husband following him around for the inspection, questioning every single thing the inspector looked at, and answered all of his questions.  He was very thorough, there was no part of the house or property he did not inspect.  If there was something he could not inspect for one reason or another he made note of it and we were aware of it.  He provided the report via e-mail before the day was over.  The one and only thing I would have liked and did not receive was a printed color copy of the report.  I understand I was sent an electronic copy immediately and that was helpful, but I would have appreciated a printed color copy mailed to me a few days after the fact.  He took a million pictures, and I do not have a color printer, and much is lost in those pictures when they are printed black and white.  I understand I can go to an office supply and have a color copy printed, but it would be nice if they included one as part of the service.  But, if I buy any houses in the future I will use NPI again, I was very happy with their service and their price.  Thank you so much.
