"Brannick Painting just finished a complete exterior repaint of our house in El Cerrito, including staining our deck. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with. Patrick helped us with color selection, painting large sheets of posterboard with several colors we considered, so we could hold them up to the house in different lighting to see how they would look when finished. we have heard from others that they had small swatches painted on their house and Patrick’s approach is so much more helpful. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of preparation and painting. We have an old stucco house that needed a lot of detailed preparation. His crew is very experienced, and they did an excellent job repairing and preparing all of the cracks and blemishes on our house. We are very happy with the final product. "Mike and his crew were early for the job, careful with details, worked very cleanly and cleaned up well. The performed the following: power wash exterior, scrape, caulk split wood, fill cracks in stucco and patch, spackle holes in wood fascia board, prime everything. Apply paint to full exterior of house (including fascia boards, window frames, stucco body, siding, gutters, garage door, door shutters and frames. Applied elastomer coating to roof of sun room. They exceeded our expectations on every phase of the project. Mike carefully explained his bid and continued to answer our questions respectfully and in as much detail as we required from start to finish while painting our two-story home. Highly recommended!"

"Walt came and listened to what we wanted, took measurements and explained everything he was going to do. Sent us a detailed competitive quote documenting everything he would do and gave us a start date and expected completion date which we accepted. Walt arrived every day on time, covered floors and interior surfaces, worked diligently while here and cleaned up every day. The job was completed to our satisfaction one day early. Walt uses state of the art equipment and old school knowledge to achieve painting perfection. Walt is an example of a craftsman who promises perfection and over delivers on his promise. "The approximate cost was $1300. The guys were nice. But the paint job isn't holding up that well. From the wall were my alarm is when the wall gets touch the paint is coming off. I don't think they did do a primer. It's not holding up I can see were it needs to be touched up in hallway and the laundry room where they painted and same in the kitchen. They were kind of in a hurry so they didn't spend time on prep. That's the kind of comment I will make to future customer. It looks good but they don't do a lot of prep. There were areas that have to be touched up.  It's not even a full year yet. They kind of want to get in and out.  Initially he came in with a price. He verbally gave me quotes for each room and because I am a female. He went outside to his truck to come back with the final bill and it was 3 times than what he said for each room. I say to him I guess I have to give you a not so great review on Angie's List because the quote and the integrity of all that is part of why I use Angie's List. When I said that he called me back and said oh I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking. That wasn't the quote I wanted to give you. I am like oh my god if I hadn't said that this guy will be taking me to the cleaners. They were on time. They were professional."

I had a family emergency and gave them free access to my house without worrying about anything. Completely satisfied with the out come of the repairs and painting.
