"Cornwell is the best! Four months ago I used Cornwell for an immediate plumbing need. They were available very quickly and quoted a fair price. While Drew was here, I asked what would cost to replace my still functioning (but aging) sump pump. He called his manager who again quoted a fair price, so I agreed. After the heavy rains on Tuesday, I noticed the sump pump cycling far too frequently and took a look at it. The (transparent) check valve was stuck in the open position. Acid test - I called Cornwell and they made an appointment for the NEXT day between 11 and 1. Next morning, the manager called to ask if they could come earlier. The plumber arrived, sized up the problem, replaced the jammed valve, asked if there was anything else, and was done in 10 minutes. NO CHARGE! This is what it was like before investment groups started buying up local professionals! Cornwell is MY plumber."
