"He came out and installed quickly. Clean work, respected my property, went over everything well. The only issue we had was the buttons on the box were really hard to push after it spent a full day in the sun. After some over the phone troubleshooting we figured out we just had to push REALLY hard on the buttons. Installer said this was rare and he's only seen that happen once after 3 years of the box being placed. He agreed to come out and replace the box at the next visit after we get our Husky Shepard mix use to his training and "fenced" area. My only suggestion would be to make sure the location has shade most of the day or have them mount the box inside the home. Highly recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable, and our experience has been great. Definitely cheaper than installing a fence with the prices we have on lumber right now."

"We got estimates from 3 fencing companies to install black aluminum fencing around our rear yard with 3 gates. American Heritage was competitive and offered a pet version - posts are close enough together that our pup is unable to squeeze his head through - we liked that American Heritage is a local family owned and operated business, used American made products and didn’t have a negative thing to say about the other fencing companies we talked to....the same can’t be said about the others. Fence came in and was installed exactly how and where we agreed...love the fence! Took about 6 hrs to install 800+’ of fence..posts are in concrete, gates are self closing and lockable. The owner did the estimate, and the son did the layout for the crew to install. Buy American! Buy Local! Would recommend American Heritage to family and friends with no hesitation!"

"Kevin, the installer, arrived promptly at the time negotiated, and very efficiently installed quite a bit of wire around my large property. He also walked me through the proper training procedure and how to operate the equipment. The company was accomodating to my needs, making changes in the pattern that varied from the original estimate ( which understandably increased price from estimate ) and due to the Thanksgiving holiday, returning to follow up with training separetely from the hardware installation. <br />"

I contacted them in August about a taller fence, an estimator came out but I never received an estimate. The first time I called I was promised it would be sent out that night. Four other calls and was told I would receive it. Enough. I contacted another builder."

They even repaired the fence that had gotten out of whack from taking out the fence from the corner. They even replaced two little spokes that had gotten bent. "The installation team arrived promptly on the expected install date. Installers were professional and courteous. No issues with the install process. Initial training session provided sufficient guidance to allow me to work with my dogs on a leash in order to get them accustomed to the system. After the follow up training session, the correction feature of the collars was enabled. After another 4-5 days the dogs were running around the yard unleashed but supervised.
