"I scheduled a deep clean for my 2,100 sq ft home, which has been vacant for some time and includes several rooms with 15-foot ceilings. When I booked over the phone, I specifically mentioned cobweb removal and confirmed they would have the proper ladder and equipment to reach high ceilings and windows. Unfortunately, when the cleaner arrived, there was only one person and she seemed unprepared. She did not have all of the necessary cleaning supplies and did not bring a ladder tall enough to reach the ceilings or windows as discussed. While she was very friendly and did go out to retrieve some forgotten supplies, the service did not meet the standard of a true deep clean. For the large cost, I expected a much more thorough and professional job. If I hadn?t been there to supervise, which I was not planning to do, the house would have received only minimal cleaning (floors and light wipe-downs). Overall, I amvery disappointed that the service did not match what was quoted or promised"
