"Repaired the door, cheap, fast, effective. What more could you want?"

"Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process."

"Repaired my garage door, and took great care to adjust the settings, instead of selling me a new system."

"Brian went over and beyond taking care of our garage door. He was friendly, courteous , answered all of my questions, and provided drums, a side arm and brace (at bottom left side of door). in the price originally quoted. Reviewed what he would do and the warranty before and after the work was completed. They cleaned up all parts after the job was completed. I highly recommend Diamond garage services."

"We had a problem with our bathtub and sinks not draining in our house that has weird, old plumbing. It was taken care of very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We have had their help with many different fixes now from plumbing to drywall to door replacement and every time it has been fixed up perfectly and the guys have been absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!"

"Zach's service and all-'round 'One of the Good Guys' nature saved the day for me. After a competitor had priced the job way over what I could pay on a relatively meager fixed income, Brothers Garage Doors saved the day. While Home Advisor couldn't book a service call until the following Saturday, Zach listened to my predicament, and offered to come and have a look. Remarkable. I was living in the basement, waiting to move up into my apartment. Surprise . . .the weather turned cold, the basement door opens into the garage and the garage door was stuck in the up position! After thoughtful problem solving conversation with me, Zach repaired the door and even applied the service call fee to the final invoice. Hero!"

"The technician was great -- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He arrived even earlier than the dispatcher had promised. And he worked efficiently and finished the work quickly. My only concern was the price. The initial price was much higher than I had ever paid for this repair before. After the estimate, I was not willing to have the repair made. The technician managed to find ways to reduce the price significantly. The price was still high, but considering that it was a Sunday and other repair shops would probably charge an emergency fee, I went ahead with the repairs. This shop was one of the very few offering Sunday service and might well be the only one in the area open at all on Sunday. The quality of the work seems fine and the technician assures me that the replacement springs are guaranteed and superior to those he replaced. I would give the technician an "A" across the board. My only caveat is the cost. If the springs do last at least ten years as promised, then the cost will have been justified."

"They replaced the springs and did a general tune up. Hopefully I will be able to replace the garage door altogether soon and I will definitely have them do it."
