"It was amazing! The team was so responsive. They were professional, friendly, and worked very hard. They came when they said they would, and talked to us throughout the process. We were so pleased - they showed us several stains on the flooring so we could choose the best color, especially since the pine flooring had been installed at different times in the past 80 years. They communicated well, got the job completed as promised, and cleaned up before leaving each day."

"The owner of the company, Ryan installed luxury vinyl plank on the first floor of my two story home. The space is quite large but Ryan completed the job promptly and did an excellent job installing the flooring. He also installed quarter round which looks fantastic with the flooring. I will definitely use Prime flooring again for future flooring needs!"

"We had our shower area replaced and the install took 1 day. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful and the shower was customized to my liking!! Would highly recommend !!"

"I really love their work, my floor look like new"

"Tim and his crew were a delight. He and his team repaired my wood floor and baseboards, a job that took extreme craftsmanship because the materials in my older home are no longer available. They came up with a solution and the finished job looked as if it was the original decor. Would I hire Tim and his crew again? You bet! I’m sending him a punch list of repairs with the reassurance that the job will be done with care and excellence. Thank you!"

"Tim not only did an excellent job on the install, but he repaired the wall around the countertop and touched up the paint so I didnt have to! Tim was totally reliable (he came when he said he would). I'll definite call him again."

"I worked with Jessica at the Beavercreek location. I had very little time to choose, order, and schedule an install before we moved in and Jessica handled every detail for me. She helped me find the appropriate product for my needs and budget and scheduled the install for the exact day I needed (only two weeks out from when I ordered). The installers were professional, timely, and very good at their jobs! We are thrilled with the final outcome and will definitely return to the Beavercreek Carpet Store for all our future flooring needs.
