He was on time, extremely professional, reviewed all options with us and the entire project step by step. While he was there, we had a couple of additional questions about some outdoor lighting that wasn't working. Stephen diagnosed the problem and outlined possible ideas to fix it. "Called about have an outdoor plug on my deck. I told them there was and existing plug on the interior and that the out door plug could be spiced into that to create the outdoor plug. The man I spoke to, said that the job would cost $195. The electrician arrived and completed the would as described. He was professional and took less than an hour. When he was done he presented a bill for $225. There was no explanation for the $30 increase. For quality, timely and professionalism they we A+. I just recommend you get a written estimate before the work begins."
