"They arrived on time. Responded with 3 personnel. They removed the old freon immediately and removed the outside and inside unit. It was hot and humid, but they did not complain. The attic is no place for a human in this heat. They prepared the site for the new air handler, installed it quickly and had the system up and cooling in no time.
A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. I think it was the air conditioner that went out. They replaced it, the whole thing. They were recommended to us by somebody who's been with them for years. And, like thank god because a year later the damn air conditioner went out. So we were able to use it."

"I ordered the windows and patio door a few weeks ago from one of the Big Box stores. Steve Martin and Son were tasked by that Big Box store to do the installation. The Big Box store telephoned me yesterday to let me know that the installer would be contacting me to schedule an installation date and time. The installers telephoned me the same day, yesterday, and scheduled the installation for 8:30 am the next day, today. They showed up promptly on time, and the three of them went right to work. They were very efficient and respectful. They had all 9 original double-hung windows removed and their brand new replacement windows all installed by approximately noon. They removed the original sliding glass patio door, and boarded up the opening. A concrete contractor is replacing some of the concrete under the patio door opening, and then they will be back in a few days to complete the installation of the new sliding glass patio door. They completely cleaned up after themselves; and even stayed long enough to fully demonstrate to me exactly how the new windows open, lock, slide, and tilt in for cleaning. Very pleasant, professional, and cordial.
