I versed in the other trades as well. I hold a General Contractor license in Florida, in addition to 3 other Florida state licenses. \n\nI have the experience, knowledge & tools to perform most any task from simple repair/fix it to entire home renovations.\n\nI have a couple of design/plans creators who are reasonable on their pricing.\n\nI can produce estimates from simple to a complete breakdown of all materials & labor needed for projects for which estimates are required.\n\nI can work hourly or give a flat rate for the job.\n\nI have been in Florida for over 30 years & am familiar with construction codes,both state & local.
