"After having Blaze Architectural Solutions install a metal privacy screen in this outdoor area, we were so pleased we decided to hire them to install this retractable awning. It took a couple of weeks to be manufactured and they communicated clearly the entire time. It is beautiful, strong, and the mechanism works beautifully. We are very happy with it. We had a HUGE selection of choices for fabric. We are so pleased we’ve decided to ask them to install a pergola as well."

"Was available for much needed help on short notice. Professional, punctual, and efficient. Strong work ethics. Thank you for your help Jacob."

"We just had West Coast Awnings install our retractable awning and are very impressed with the quality and ease of use. The installers, Robert and Randy were efficient and did a seamless install. Not only were they very experienced they were extremely courteous and answered all of our questions. Do not hesitate to hire this exceptional organization for your awning needs."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"Whitman was very professional from the start, I didn't even talk to anyone else, I liked him right away. He removed the awnings and then came back and installed the new fabric. Chris and David were wonderful and I would use the company again without a thought. I highly recommend them."

"Amanda Chiarenza was very professional and willing to help explaining tha different types of windows. I will recommend her anytime. Actually my sister and brother in law called her and Recce wil install this months their new windows. The people that installed my windows were punctual and cleaned after them. This is the second time that I use Recce"
