I got a number of bids before proceeding and Carpet Pros had the best price. Mike came out to measure immediately and then gave me an estimate verbally and in writing spelling out all the details. He left nothing to chance and made everything clear to avoid misunderstandings. He gave me over 5 references which I called . All the references were excellent and their company, family owned for over 54 years, does everything from simple jobs like a mobile unit to high end homes. HIs bid included the cost of moving my furniture, taking the toilet in and out, and of course, taking out the carpet, trashing it, and installing my vinyl laminate flooring. He brought the samples for me to see and gave me suggestions as to what would work. He tried to save me money by suggesting I not replace the quarter inch round molding which I eventually did anyway, also at a fair price. His brother, Tim, and an employee, Sean, laid the floor. They came when they said. They got to my job within 2 weeks of the bid. They were punctual, professional, and worked quickly to get it all done. They were careful with all my possessions, and since I live in an HOA communmity were careful with where they parked so my neighbors were pleased. I am so happy with my new floor. It is like I have a brand new house. The quality of this company and the way they conduct business is so remarkable. I wish all businesses worked so well."

"I used Perfect Choice Flooring to install my 700 SF of laminate flooring which I had purchased from Loweâ s. I originally planned to install the flooring myself but had gotten too busy at work. So, I decided to post the project. Late Friday February 8th about 3:30 PM I submitted my project and received a long list of installers. I picked three of the more experienced and highly rated installers to contact. Since Perfect Choice had the most ratings and the highest average rating; I naturally planned to call them first. But, before I could make the call my phone rang at 3:45 PM. It was Jonny Sibrian who is the President of Perfect Choice. Talk about Jonny on the spot! We discussed all aspects of the project, Perfect Choiceâ s services, how/what they did for an installation, underlayment, and costs. The best news was they could do it the next day starting Saturday between 8-9 AM; and I liked their emphasis on having highly skilled employees doing quality work. The price was fair, they emphasized installation quality, the underlayment was high quality, and the timing was perfect. What not to like? I cancelled the other calls. The crew of 4 arrived at 9 AM sharp, scoped out the installation area and transition points, asked me some questions, and then jumped right on removing the old flooring. I went to run an errand for 1-1/2 hours. When I returned they were half done; and rocking and rolling. No wasted effort with these guys. It was like poetry in motion. They were clearly an experienced team who had worked together for a long time. I walked around some checking out what had been installed thus far. I didnâ t find a single flaw and every fit was tight as a tick on a hog. They finished at noon. With the clean-up, inspection, paperwork, and payment completed; they were on their way by 12:30 PM. In 3 hours they removed all the old flooring and put in their two vans to haul away, installed the underlayment, installed the 700 SF of planks in two rooms, cut and installed the three transitions, cut and nailed quarter round along all baseboards, and cleaned up. It has been a week and I still havenâ t found a single flaw. The floor is solid as a rock, quiet as a church mouse, and looks great! Perfect Choice was the perfect decision! I highly recommend them!"

"First of all, we are very fussy. We interviewed and got quotes from six companies. Miguel was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I was able to visit a similar job he had just finished and I was impressed. His people came in and tore up all my old tile, patched cracks and vapor sealed the floor before installing our new 24 × 48 polished porcelain tiles. The work is exquisite. Miguel was here every day and his crew were great. I stayed home with the dogs for the entire two weeks and they just worked around us. Everything looks amazing. "Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity.
