Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us.
