"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"Was very pleased with the overall result of New Again. I submitted dimensions and pictures over the website and received a very competitive quote. After stripping the deck there were a few more boards where some rotting was identified and Barak and his team replaced them promptly. Stain looks great and made an immediate difference. I had been contemplating if my 20 year old deck was too far gone and needed replacing... but after seeing what Barak could do with stripping the old paint off, replacing some bad boards, and staining... I'm very glad I chose to do this rather than replacement."

It turned out so well that they ended up doing several other houses on my block and the next block up because all my neighbors wanted to know who painted our home. Most recently, I used them to paint some interior rooms, tile, and complete a basement finishing project in a house I was selling, and a complete interior paint job on our new house. They provided excellent advice on economical but effective improvements for selling the house. They just finished removing all the wallpaper and painting the entire interior of our new house to include trim and ceilings and it looks great. They were accommodating of changes we made during the project and quite a bit of missing or damaged trim. They also repaired a damaged ceiling. They were the lowest bid of three we received, and the work was very good. I always recommend them to our friends."

"Overall, the project went very well, We are happy with the quality of the work and the result. The plans were creative, and we were happy with the design selections and guidance. There were a few unexpected changes to layout due to structural constraints, which resulted in a less efficient flow. The cost of change orders were not clearly explained prior to execution. The contractor was very hands on and at the job site extensively, and she was easy to get a hold of. The carpenter was not available to work on the project on Fridays, which did extend the project timeline. The contractor pointed out repairs/improvements that needed to be made to bring the home up to code. This added cost, but was necessary and appreciated."
