"The final result was good, however, we were surprised that he came with a portable unit instead of a truck mounted unit. This required him to make a few trips to our kitchen sink to get the hot water instead of a tank in the truck, and we believe the extraction was not as powerful as that from a truck mounted unit and thus the carpet took longer to dry. Some minor damage to the paint on our stairs railing was done from pulling the hose through the house. He re-painted the areas, when we brought it to his attention. Rick is an honorable contractor and we were, in the end, pleased."
