"Very pleased with St. Mary's Roofing"

"It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional and competent contractor. The owner was extremely knowledgeable about manufacture specs, styles and colors of shingles to recommend for the replacement of my roof. I found the proposal comprehensive, reasonably and honestly priced. I would also like to commend, the quality of workmanship and quality materials provided by AD Enterprises, Inc., which met and exceeded my expectations…. Outstanding job!! I was extremely pleased with the way they made me feel as if my home was most important and given top priority. The owner as well as the work crew was a model of efficiency and expert skills. They arrived on time, worked quickly and well, did a beautiful job, and carefully cleaned up all debris. The exterior areas of my home and lawn were neater and cleaner after they left than when they arrived. I would like to thank each and every one that was involved with the tear off and replacement of my roof. I would highly recommend AD Enterprises, Inc. to all my family and friends for their future needs of roof repairs and replacements."

"I needed a complete exterior redo (roofing, siding, wood wrap and gutters), the services went very, very well and my home looks Brand New! The company is quality oriented, timely, honest and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their roofing or siding repaired and/or replaced. TJ, the owner was Johnny on the spot, responded to all my questions, concerns and requests within minutes by phone or text. He went above and beyond customer satisfaction with his personal service. His crew were hard working, precise, respectful and did whatever I asked of them during the repairs. You can't go wrong with this company!!"

"Very well. Siding is immaculate. These folks thoroughly saturated all siding surfaces with a heated hypochlorite (dilute bleach) solution. Waited for the solution to take effect, and then rinsed off completely. They also cleared our skylights when asked, at no additional cost."

"We experience a major leak in our ceiling dining room.  K&R came out an inspected the attic and found a roof air vent that was installed across my entire roof peak had been leaking for years, he explained the necessary steps to fix the issue (replace entire roof and installed solar powered fan to vent the attic). The wood on the roof in the attic was rotting and growing some sort of "organic material". He covered my roof with a tarp. The quote was reasonable given the amt of work that needed to be done. The material arrive in about a week and the next day after the material arrived they started the work. Even though it was cold, they finished the work in one day. They cleaned up all trash from the old roof. I am very happy that my roof is fixed and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional doing their roof repairs or replacement who uses top quality material and workers.

"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.

1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."
