The crew worked to tear off the roof to the plywood to diagnose my home only to find that the plywood was in great condition. After the job was done, the crew cleaned up very well and took their time to find any remaining trash or nails. "I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely use and/or recommend this provider. First, it's a small family owned business (the one who came out to do the work was the owner) and I scheduled the appointment about 2 weeks out and on the day of the appointment he showed up right in the middle of the 2-hour time window that was estimated to me. So, for a small "mom & pop" shop, he must be pretty well organized with his appointment scheduling. The equipment in his truck appeared to be professional grade and he looked over the areas of the house to be wash to determine any potential issues or questions. During the work, he seemed very efficient as the whole job was done under 2 hours for an average colonial style single family home in Northern VA. The house is all siding with some exposed foundation from the walkout basement that he also washed. The results were great as all dirt, mildew, etc was gone and the house looked "fresh" again. Assuming his business is still around in a couple year, I likely will be a repeat customer when the house would be washed again.

"We experience a major leak in our ceiling dining room.  K&R came out an inspected the attic and found a roof air vent that was installed across my entire roof peak had been leaking for years, he explained the necessary steps to fix the issue (replace entire roof and installed solar powered fan to vent the attic). The wood on the roof in the attic was rotting and growing some sort of "organic material". He covered my roof with a tarp. The quote was reasonable given the amt of work that needed to be done. The material arrive in about a week and the next day after the material arrived they started the work. Even though it was cold, they finished the work in one day. They cleaned up all trash from the old roof. I am very happy that my roof is fixed and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional doing their roof repairs or replacement who uses top quality material and workers.
