"I would not hesitate to recommend - responsive, great communication, reasonable pricing. We had a disastrous roof flooding experience from a flat roofed dormer and needed it fixed quickly. As Roberto worked on the dormers he found significant water damage below the shingles, documenting it with photos for us. Although it cost more than the original estimate to replace the flat plywood sheaths and wood fascia, it was still reasonable and the work done was thorough and looks great."

"JDH did an excellent job on rebuilding my deck. They were very detailed and very efficient. I would definitely hire them for work in the future and recommend them to friends or family."

"Other then it took forever for us to get permits from the county to start the garage, it did take on speed, a couple of things had to be redone, but all looks good now. Thanks"

"I would definitely contact William Mackay Roofing again! I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. I was very happy with how streamlined this went, and how pleasant it was to work with William Mackay Roofing."

"BEAUTIFULLY. I worked primarily with T.J. who addressed my every concern and questions immediately. He worked with my insurance company from the beginning all the way thru completion of the project. I am a "discerning" customer and can genuinely report that I have never had a better customer service experience. T.J. helped me to select the best color of shingles for the new roof, helped with my application for the HOA approval of a color change, he made certain that the crew arrived when scheduled and made certain that the interior work crew coordinated with the roofing crew. He made certain that the crew went thru my yard multiple times to pck up any nails that may have fallen into my yard. Since he knew that I was especially concerned for my dogs he had the crew do an additional search the following day. T.J. worked with several people to address hail damage in my community and everyone that I spoke with had the same glowing reports about T.J.'s excellent customer service and absolute professionalism. I usually only write a review if I had a poor experience - as a warning to others, but sometimes a company/employee stands out so brilliantly that I want to let other potential clients know! All of the employees who worked on my roof were professional, courteous and highly skilled. The work was high quality and I'm very happy with the results.

"K&R did an outstanding job in replacing the shingles on my rood. Francisco's crew were very professional and their work ethic was exceptional. Robert Wood supervised the job though-out and ensured that all the details were addressed. Cleanup was ongoing throughout the three day period that they were here. Annette was on site for the entire three days to supervise the cleanup activity, which was considerable. Other than the new roof, you could not tell they were here once the job was completed. Their price was fair for the size of the job."

"Zack was serously sick at the time and we had some scheduling problems but he sent his partner to do the work. Did an outstanding job on my old very dirty roof which was stained from decades of leaves. I had some concerns about the pressure on the shingles but the advanced brush technique used for all the pressure washing and chemicals on roof made it look new again. Likewise the other areas. The deck which was in terrible shape had two coats applied by brush as I requested and easily the best it has ever looked! Would use again in a heartbeat since I have had some very bad staining jobs in the past from other companies. Nice to have someone who does their own work and knows the technique."

"We did not hire Danny as we have a friend of the family that we chose to use for the roof replacement. Danny was friendly and helpful. we would hire him for other work in the future.

"Everything went well. They agreed to meet a complex schedule that involved other work before and after the window installation. They agreed to come back afterwards to complete the interior window trim molding."

"I cannot say enough good things about Gutter Pros; suffice it to say I would pay full price for this service. They came in a timely manner, dealing with them prior to the visit was polite, friendly and professional, AND  they did a really good job. What more can you ask for?
Gutter Pros contacted me within 24 hours of my Angie's List purchase, set up the appointment, and, best of all, I didn't need to be home so there was no juggling schedules to make it work. I have a 2600 sq. ft. ranch with lots of trees on my lot. The gutters were choked with debris from the past two years since I last cleaned them. As a middle aged woman, I had no desire to climb on a ladder to clean gutters again. For the price, it seemed worth the price to try and boy am I glad I did. This is definitely a chore I will hire Gutter Pros to do in the future.
If you are looking to hand some of the chores of home ownership over to someone else to do I highly recommend handing over cleaning your gutters to Gutter Pros. Mow the grass, trim the edges, but leave the Gutters to Gutter Pros, you won't regret it.
