I am very pleased with the representatives of the company that I dealt with.  Our design consultant presented multiple options and offered very sage advice, yet she left space for me to make a final decision.  I felt that she guided the decision rather than directing me toward a certain product to increase sales revenue.
The installation crew was very thorough and worked in difficult circumstances.  Old homes on Capitol Hill pose many challenges and they addressed them well.  In addition, I would describe them as diligent.  The crew worked hard to complete the project in two days and I didn't feel the need to hover to ensure they were doing their job.  They went to great lengths to explain what was done and to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction.
