"My house keys were stolen on a Friday evening, and I called Joseph at 8:00 am Saturday morning to change the locks. He arrived within the hour, and spent a couple of hours replacing the locks, and fixing them (difficult, because they had been installed so poorly the first time -- I had never been able to use the deadbolts before). He was quick, efficient, very friendly, and made sure I was satisfied. "Awesome.  They came out on time, to begin with.  Then, upon removing the old shower doors, they discovered a bunch of gross mold that had collected/grown in the area between the old metal frame and the shower (the bottom).  They thoroughly removed and cleaned the whole area of all the mold -- when they were done, you couldn't tell it had ever been there.  Then they installed the new door, which looks fantastic.  Given proper drying time, this will probably be the last shower door we ever need or want in our master bathroom.  They left our bathroom the way they found it -- clean ... but with a sweet new door instead of the old, nasty, door.  Very, very pleased with the work."
