The first time was for irrigation issues (which they did a wonderful job on); this time we hired them to replace an 800 sq ft section of burnt-out weedy grass with sod. Alex, Austin, and crew arrived promptly and began hand digging the old grass out. After that, they leveled the ground and installed the sod. They came out the same day to give a quote, were patient and understanding when we had to change project details, and were quick to respond and happy to answer questions. However, as soon as we tried to plan a day to have the foundation poured, everything changed. I was told (on a Wednesday) that they would let me know if they would be out the same day or the next day. I never heard anything back (despite calling several times). On Monday, I was able to speak to someone. However, I had to go over the project details again. We discussed days and agreed on Wednesday. However, no one ever came out and I never received a call to confirm/reschedule. I tried calling, texting, and sending a message through Angi, but no one ever responded. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience."
