"Carol Services did an excellent job at installing a luxury vinyl floor in our house. The owner, John, was honest and straightforward about options and costs, which seemed reasonable to us. We particularly appreciate that they took on a job that had been stopped soon after its kickoff, as help from flooring specialists was really needed. The installation crew led by Raul did a great job at removing old carpet, leveling the concrete floor, installing the luxury vinyl floor plus new baseboards and kitchen toe kicks and cleaning up. The crew members were very punctual, professional and among the most hard-working people that we've ever seen, covering around 1,500 sq ft of a complicated layout in less than 3 days. They helped us to move heavy appliances back to the kitchen when the job was completed although that was not required by the work agreement. The new floor looks awesome. "Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity.
