"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "Joe and his crew were punctual, professional and extremely competent.  They assessed the extent of decay of the soffits and fascia on our 54 year old, 1800 sq ft house and carried out the repairs. They replaced many rotten boards, often with no evidence of a seam or other repair marks.  ..They scraped away old layers of peeling paint and repainted.  They caulked and leveled the gutters.   Joe , the owner, did much of the work himself and showed us what he was doing every step of the way.  He gave us tips on how to maintain the work.  Shortly after he completed the work, we had a downpour and all the seams and work held well.  He kept to the estimate, even when a few things were unexpected that caused him a bit more work.  And he left our yard and porches clean.  We will certainly call him again for other similar jobs."
