"While they were very responsive and were able to get to the project quickly, they pulled off existing paint while removing the tape and there was overspray on the wall. I asked them to fix the damage. They said they would charge me to fix the damage. This is damage they caused and yet expected to be paid to fix it. If the work goes as planned then they are fine. But if anything goes wrong they will want you to pay them to fix it so you have to hope it does not go wrong."

However, we are now more focused on residential service than commercial because of the demand for patch and repair work, removing popcorn texture from ceilings and re-texturing with alternative texture, basement drywall, sound treatment for home theater applications, skimming walls after wallpaper removal, etc. Of course, we still do new construction as well. We get many of our leads from Service Magic and enjoy the high rating they give us in our field
