We are an on-line auction and estate sales company. Our website is www.ahrestatesales.com. We conduct absolute estate and collectibles auctions. Absolute auctions mean that all items are given a minimum bid, and those who are bidding on the auction can get the item at that minimum bid. We can and have adjusted that minimum bid depending on the value of the item, and have put items on reserve. Our price is a percentage of the auction, which is usually 40%, while the client gets 60%. We send you a spreadsheet with the final tally of the auction, and will take our portion of the auction sales out from that final tally, before we send you the payment of your items that were sold at auction.
