Since the house is older and new to us and it was not clear  <br /> where the problem was.  Metro progressed through several steps and services. <br /> The septic tank was opened and pumped but determined to be OK. Then a camera was sent through various lines to visually see where the obstruction was. A main drain line was cleared by snake, and the camera used again to verify the root cause.  The final diagnosis was a dip in this drain line creating a place where stuff collects and eventually plugs the line. The next step will be to cut concrete slap and replace several dozen feet of old iron pipe - a service they offer but has not been requested yet. <br /> Multiple trips were involved as different equipment and people were needed. They were generally prompt and always professional and careful with the house. <br />"
