"Same Day service, offered to look at gate latch that was broken by the mowers. Fence was installed by Bay Area Fence about 2-1/2 years ago. Eric came over yesterday afternoon and saw that it was broken and replaced it for free. This kind of service you rarely see these days. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And they did a terrific job installing our fence at a reasonable price. Will always use Bay Area Fence."

Additionally, this might be the most honest contractor ive ever worked with - I accidentally overpaid, and he caught the error and offered to refund or rebate me on another project. "Hired this company based on personal reference neighbor received. Utility lines were clearly marked and they cut the internet line almost immediately. This is immediately following winter storms that resulted in over a week of no power, water, and plumbing repairs. I understand the issues from winter storms are not their problem but then to have internet line cut was incredibly frustrating and absolutely preventable. I recommend touring the workers through your yard upon arrival and before they begin working. Do not assume they are paying attention to marks for utilities or sprinklers. The owner’s lack of concern for the issue leads me to believe this happens to them regularly."
