We were out of town while the repairs took place, but roof Services kept me informed of the progress, or lack of progress because of the rain. Although he'd told me they couldn't get to the job because of the rain, we got a break in the weather, and Roof Services came over during a sunny period. Ended up getting repairs made more quickly than anticipated. I couldn't be more pleased. Although I wasn't here during the repairs, I was kept up to date via email, so there were no surprises.
