They also provided their proof of insurance. Their price was lower than two other services I contacted and the communication was more professional. When the day came for service, the tenant or a neighbor had parked a pickup truck under the tree and the Team called me. My tenant was not at home so I suggested the Tree Team see if the truck belonged to neighbors. Tree Team leader told me he'd 'make it work', and he did. After completion, I was presented with pictures of before and after service (I am in another state) and the invoice. I would definitely hire Texas Tree Team again."

"They called me to solicit gutter cleaning and said they inspected soffits, facia board, gutter supports, and joints as well as cleaning. They cancelled their first appointment but showed up for the second. I explained that I recently replaced a 21 year old roof that shed much granular material that needed to be cleaned out and the screens may need to be removed. They charged me $215 for 20 minutes of leaf blowing roof and 135 feet of gutter ($1.60/ft). I never saw them with a bucket to collect debris from the roof nor did I see them with an extension ladder to inspect second story facia soffits supports and joints. The price they charged for 20 minutes of questionable service with leaf blowers was outrageous."

"I have done business with IOE for almost a decade and as I had them do more projects the more frustrated I became. It was a different and much better company under the original owner Bret. Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety. If you hire IOE here is what you can expect: expensive cost, long/poor response times and a laundry list of excuses from Cory. I would not recommend."
