"I have not seen any new pests and cobwebs since they came (with the exception of Lady Beetles which they said they cannot get rid of, and there seems to be a huge influx of them this year). They are more expensive than the commercial company I was using, but if the results continue then I have no problem paying more."

"Company responded the next day, they inspected all of the area and then explained what they found and what they would do to correct the rat infestation. It took 2 days to work us into their schedule. They informed us a hour before they arrived and got right to work. They protected my floors with plastic and wore shoe protection. Work proceded very quickly and was completed in just one day. This included the repair of three large holes cut into walls to gain access to all of the attics, as if they had never been cut. Everyone connected with Critter Control was professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or refer friends to Critter control Rex Michael"

"I received a call from Ray, the owner, within 20 minutes of submitting my information. Ray was very knowledgeable and conscientious about his work. We talked for awhile about the overall job and I was clear about the scope of work. They use pesticides that dont smell and are pet friendly. The job didnt take very long but I he was very thorough when he inspected the house including the crawl space underneath. They are local and that matters to me! I figure if you service the area you live in, you will be inclined to stand by your work. I plan on using Action Termite and Pest to preventitively treat my home for termites and all future pest control. I Highly recommend this company!!!"
