There were a few young guys who did not install very well but when pointed out to owner, they pulled the boards back off and installed them to look just like the old roof. replaced some trim board as well. some is a little Crooked. I did not catch it or I am sure owner would have been right on it. He was pleasant to work with."

He was very easy to work with, very personable and truly seemed to care about my moms home. The cost, even with the unexpected repairs, was well below the competition, plus we have a fantastic warranty. The new roof looks wonderful!!! "$29,000 We had our shingle roof completely replaced with a metal on August 14, 2026. We had seen and signed with the salesman, Ethan, on July 22 and was promised our roof would be installed by July 31. The completed results were very satisfactory, thanks to the roof workers but the process from beginning to end was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The fact that the salesman did not even see that we had 3 layers of shingles and could not put the metal roof on without removing the shingles first, the lack of communication, calls and texts Not answered, 3 appointments made and no one showed up, not even a phone call to cancel. The promise of 2 days compensation for the days off my husband had to take to be present and they hadn't called to cancel; the extra material we had paid for was taken instead of left behind as my husband had asked. It felt like a constant fight to get updates and someone on the phone. It just felt the process we were promised, were salesman lies."

"They approached me after a storm ripped through the neighborhood, they worked with the insurance company to get my out of pocket as small as possible and did the work in a matter of hours. (Roof replace, fixed up some less than perfect lumber and swapped out the gutters and downspouts)"
