Why wouldn't that be fixed to start with. my fence that I spent a ton of money on looks like crap, looks jerry-rigged. I stress to everyone that came to my house that this fence was for my dogs. I was told later I had a choice between the top rail looking good and flat or gaps between the fence. Apparently they did not understand the thousand times that I told them the most important thing about this fence was my dogs. If I wanted a pretty fence I would not had them put up a chain link fence."
