"They came and install insulation board to low area and Epdm rubber roofing to eliminate water backing up underneath roof. Clean off any debris and glue down insulation board install termination bar across we're shingles meet Gutter so water can't go under shingles and then install rubber over entire Flat area. But as we got some heavy rain within a couple of week they had to come back to fix it after that had no leaks they came back once again to fix the drain. Also my neighbor like there work and hire them to do there roof. All in all great job."

One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. It wasn't an especially large job, and Ivan spent an entire day working alone, but he was careful, methodical, and precise in his work. We haven't had a large storm to fully test the new gutters, but from what I've been able to inspect, I'm very pleased with the work. My fingers are crossed that he completely fixed a gutter overflow problem that appears to have affected my home for many, many years (I'm a relatively new owner).
