We needed new patios in our backyard mainly because we had standing water on one side and we would get water in our basement on the other side because the patio was not pitched away from the house. The first time Carlos came to our house, he quickly and confidently came up with a comprehensive plan installing new drainage to carry the water away from the house and installing new patios and retaining walls. The project definitely evolved over a few months and my wife and I decided to also redo a walkway, permanently remove another walkway and add accent lighting. Every step of the way, Carlos was happy to give us options and update his estimate accordingly. He was very fair on price. Carlos and his team were very professional and polite and worked exceptionally fast to address our drainage issues while also greatly improving the appearance of our backyard. "Scenic View solved a problem we had with a spot in the backyard that erodes in a heavy rain. They laid a membrane, covered it with stone and ran a border around the entire area. They also removed plants and grass to better define the area and improve drainage. And, they relocated my grill and on top of pavers they installed. From Mike, who reviewed the job and gave us the estimate, to Bravo and his crew who did the work on the the ground, everyone was professional, skilled and diligent. Couldn't be happier with the final result. I wouldn't hesitate to use Scenic View again, and will gladly recommend them to others. Thanks guys for a job well done."

"He walked around the entire area in which we have the sprinklers and I was following him taking notes for my husband he was telling me exactly which sprinklers needed to be changed cause they were broken. We had one broken because of the tree root. There were some in the backyard. He is the only one who actually walked around and tested all of the sprinklers. He was thorough. He was clean. He was accurate. He gave us information that we needed. He was very thorough in his job and I was very impressed. Also, he gave us some advice on the sprinkler by the tree. He said if you want me to fix that sprinkler it will cost big bucks and I can’t guarantee because of the tree roots. You would be better off putting it on the corner of the front yard and having that sprinkler go over. That no matter what you do over the years it completely has been killing the pipe. They’ve been raising the sidewalk. He said no it isn’t a good idea. He was phenomenal. I know my husband is planning on calling him back again because now we need to update the box that controls the sprinklers. Jerome also said there was a pipe of something that was leaking near it. Originally he said don’t call us in and you can go and take it to the plumbing section and buy the part. The part is minimal, but you will pay $300 for the labor."

"Kenny and his team did an overall good job with what we were looking for. It was helpful that he provided a detailed budget for what needed to be done. We were initially hoping for some kind of catalogue or pictures of previous work to specifically select what we wanted in terms of shrubs in the front yard but since he didn't have any, we trusted what he recommended, which in the end turned out fine. We asked for belgian blocks for part of our lawn's edges, as well as dark wood color, treated wooden blocks for a section of the front to replace the old ones that were there. We only became aware after they were installed that they weren't the color we wanted because it would need to wait a year before it could be painted. After the job was completed we asked if he could take care of our regular maintenance every couple of weeks once the spring season started, as we were looking to change the company we had been using, but unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations."

"The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!"
