"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "I phoned their office Wed & asked for a Fri, mid-morning appointment - which I was given. The technician called us shortly after 10AM to advise he was on his way. He arrived about 15 minutes later. I have been dealing with this company since I moved into my previous address in 1980. The previous occupants, who lived there 5 years before me ,used them also as did the occupants before that who lived there 30-yrs. So we have a long & happy history. Today, Jason, the original owner's grandson, was the person who arrived. So now, we're starting with the 3rd generation !! Jason is just as pleasant & personable as his father, Nathan. And so very polite. There have been many opportunities over the years for them to beef up their charges by telling me things were wrong that were not - especially when I was a cash-strapped single mom. I would not have known the difference. But they have never taken advantage of my ignorance . And I have always been very impressed by their scrupulous  honesty. Now  I see signs of that ongoing with this new generation. Jason handled the seasonal check & filter replacement very efficiently. He only charged us a service call, even though we also asked him to help us open our carbon monoxide alarm so that we could replace the battery, which he graciously did. He was here a little under an hour. I LOVE THE MCMULLENS !"

"George is very diligent, conscientious, reliable, and professional.   We needed to prep our house for sale and there was a lot of deferred maintenance required.    This included removing and installing new tile, replacing plumbing fixtures, installing new flooring, and patching numerous interior and exterior settlement cracks.   There were also numerous small handyman type tasks needed.   Finding a single guy to do most of those jobs at a reasonable cost vastly simplified the effort for us.     <br /> I definitely recommend George for both fencing and other contractor or handyman type tasks.   His calendar can get pretty booked, but if you're flexible with schedules it is worth the wait.  He's really a good guy who I would hire again without hesitation. <br />"
