"Replaced screens on screened in patio. Put leaf guard on gutter. Great group of guys."

My name is Ryan Herceg, and I have been working in the construction industry since I was approximately 13 years old. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive hands-on experience performing a wide range of interior and exterior construction work.\n\nMy areas of expertise include framing, drywall, tile installation, flooring, finish trim, cabinet installation, and painting. In my mid-twenties, I also spent several years working alongside an experienced mason, where I developed a strong passion and skill set for masonry and concrete work.\n\nI have extensive experience with brick and block construction, natural and veneer stone, stucco, and concrete preparation and finishing. I take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently handle a wide variety of residential and commercial construction projects.

We do services such as ceramic tile, vinyl tile, interior painting, exterior painting, sheetrock repair, fencing, and decks, plus many more services! We also specialize in handicap home and bathroom modifications. I have almost 40 years' experience. I start on a job and stay with it until it's done. Depending on the job size, payment is 1/2 down. Once the job is half way done, customer will be providing all material. Free estimates depending on distance.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"OMG my back door locks again, this guy was absolutely amazing. He made it look so simple. I will hire Gilbert for all my handyman job. He was extremely prompt and replied same day. His prices were very reasonable, I just love him."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"TSI did an awesome job on our bathroom remodel. They went above and beyond to complete or project. They also were very punctual. I will be using these guys for any and all projects we have in the future. I will also recommend them to anybody that asks. If you have any projects you need done in the future, don’t hesitate to call on them."

"The provider brought their own supplies. I wasn't completely happy about the quality of the dusting or restrooms when done but overall, I was satisfied because cleaning at least got done.
