Ryan from Peak Roofing immediately put in a temporary fix on the roof and in the attic above the dining room, coordinated the roof repair, drywall and painting repair, and was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the damage. As repairs were underway and the almost inevitable hidden damages showed up, Ryan coordinated directly with the insurance company to cover the additional costs. That "coordination" included substantial effort on his part including providing detailed drawings and line item costs. My experience with Peak Roofing was genuine "Super Service" in every respect. "The steadily worked the project until it was complete - Overall, a decent job but left nails on the ground (stepped on 3 of them while working outside in the days after they completed the project) - The salesman (Dwayne Walker) prepared a professional looking estimate and promised to provide feedback with regard to the extent of my roof's wind damage to my insurance company - I came to realize it was just a sales tactic to "trick" me into signing the contract, as he never followed through, even though I followed up with him through email requests and asked several other Roofing & More contacts who "promised" to get back to him and ask him to follow through. "We did a lot of research and wanted a roof for our single family home that would last and not have to be replaced after 20-30 years. We discovered the ECO-Star synthetic slate tiles which are made from recycled tires and could be recycled again after they need replacement in 50 - 100 years! This sustainability appealed to us. And we are very happy with Riba Construction’s work. The foreman H.B. did an incredible job, communicated well and answered all our questions. It took a bit longer than anticipated but we’d rather have a job done well than rushed. An Eco Star inspector came out and validated that their product was installed to their specifications. "Exterior Medics responded promptly to my request, sending Luke out to inspect our roof and gutters. Luke provided a thorough review including aerial pictures from a drone. He answered all of our questions and recommended replacing our gutters to direct water flow more efficiently (I.e., reduce overflow in several key areas), prevent water from trapping at the chimney, and avoid further damage to the soffits. The cost proposal was fair and reasonable, and the work was performed in a timely manner. Onsite workers were professional, courteous and left everything clean and in order. We have already seen the difference our new gutters make. We feel good moving forward knowing that our roof, chimney, and gutters are in good working order, and if anything comes up in the future we won’t hesitate to contact Exterior Medics again."
