"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"Excellent service! Charles Graves Painting LLC just painted the exterior of my house and they did an exceptional job. They were very thorough in prepping my house, which was built in 1925, and that was not an easy task. They had to deal with replacing wood damaged by wood rot, and overgrown ivy that had been on the house for years. Jose and his crew are hard workers and very conscientious. Charles explained everything in the estimate and kept in touch during the job to let me know if they ran into any unforeseen issues. Five stars! Would highly recommend!"

"Who writes reviews before the work is done?  I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness.  I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years.  I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through.  I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors.  I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones.  
Gary will come by tomorrow afternoon to replace all the units.  I'm confident the job will be done right - which wouldn't have happened if I had continued on the path to do them myself.  It'll be one less household task to worry about.  After tomorrow I'll be able to sleep through the night without my smoke detectors chirping for me to change them out.

The job required placing temporary supports under the structures, pouring new concrete footers that came above the dirt line, and installing new wooden posts. I found Sam to be straightforward and honest in explaining what the job technically required, the costs of the work, and what the county would require for permitting. In addition, I encountered unresolved permit issues from the previous homeowner. These issues were unrelated to Sam, but the county refused to issue a permit and this delayed the work. Sam was very patient as I resolved those issues with the county. He even gave me advice on what I could expect from the county as I fixed the issues. Once Sam and his team started work, he made sure I understood the work as they went along. He answered any questions that I had; he explained problems his team found and how they would resolve them to adhere close to the estimate and abide by regulations. In short, Sam is a true professional and I enjoyed working with him.
