"We wish we could give a higher grade than A. I called Dynamic Cleaning with a last minute emergency cleaning request on Thursday. Mike and Bill were out by Friday afternoon. In less than an hour our carpets looked like new and the house smelled fresh. Mike was informative, thorough and professional. He went above and beyond the initial scope of the job. Our one carpet was 30 years old, severely soiled and in need of replacement. It will never look new but Mike and Bill were able to renew the carpet to give us a bit more time to find the replacement. We recommend them to anyone who listens and will use them again for all our carpet and upholstery cleaning."

"I picked up a couple of chairs that had been in a library. The students treated these chairs like a trash can--food stains (looked like milk? Pudding? Oatmeal/cereal?) on several parts of the upholstery. I was able to make an appointment within a week of calling. The crew called to let me know they were AHEAD of schedule and to check if they could come early. They arrived an hour before the appointment and worked quickly and cleanly. The result was beyond what I had expected. Any trace of the stains is gone completely, and the chairs look brand new! They are also deodorized, and they used 100% green cleaning supplies (which was a concern for me because I have a dog). From start to finish, this company was an absolute delight to work with, and I would hire them again with no qualms."

"We live out of the area and have used Keith's Handyman many times to help with repairs to a family member's home. He has done roof repairs, door/framing replacements, and a bathroom remodel. We also hired him to do leaf and snow removal. All projects and services were great. His team is prompt, courteous, and takes pride in their work. We trust him to do the job right, and to do it on time and on budget. We highly recommend Ketih's Handyman and will work with them again."

Indoor Air Technologies, Inc. (IAT), formed in June 1994, was one of the pioneers in the Mechanical Cleaning of HVAC Systems. A locally owned, New York State Certified Woman Business Enterprise based in Victor, New York, IAT is a leader in Mechanical Cleaning of HVAC Systems projects Nation Wide.\n\nIAT maintains impeccable references as well as membership in the Better Business Bureau, Better Contractors Bureau and the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). \n\nAwareness of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) issues have increased substantially in recent years due to increased media attention and lawsuits as well as government and private research. High costs are associated with poor IAQ, including lost worker productivity, absenteeism, higher health care expenses, shorter equipment life and court settlement awards. \n\nIAT has worked closely with leading Engineering and Architectural Companies, Industrial Hygienists, HVAC/ Mechanical Contractors, Plant Maintenance and Fire Restoration Companies. IAT maintains an outstanding reputation and is confident we can service your needs. \n\nA building's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system provides conditioned air to occupied spaces within the facility. Typically, air from within an occupied space, along with fresh air drawn from outdoors, in drawn in through ductwork to an HVAC unit, where it is conditioned. Before the air gets to the unit, it usually passes through a filter designed to protect the mechanical equipment from becoming contaminated by large particles of dust and debris. Many filters commonly used today will not prevent the introduction of small particles of dust and debris from the air stream into the system. Over time, these deposits may form sizable accumulations.\n\nIn the course of normal building operations, the humidity level within the HVAC system can vary greatly. High humidity can combine with dust and debris in the system, often resulting in the growth of microbial contamination. In an HVAC system, microbial contamination (such as mold, fungus and their spores) may cause adverse health reactions among building occupants. Condense drain pans and other system components often become heavily contaminated with fungal and bacterial slime.\n\nIn order to maintain acceptable indoor air quality (IAQ) it is commonly recommended that mold, fungi, dust and other contaminants are cleaned out of the HVAC system. Cleaning HVAC systems provides many benefits. Cleaning lessens the likelihood of indoor air pollution in the building, and may help to alleviate health and comfort complaints by occupants. Clean HVAC systems perform more efficiently, which may decrease energy costs. Well maintained mechanical components are likely to last longer, reducing the need for costly HVAC system replacement or repairs.\n\nWith growing awareness of the dangers of indoor air pollution, public concern for the cleanliness of ventilation systems has led to significant increase in demand for HVAC system cleaning services. Solving complex IAQ problems, however, often requires a team of multi-disciplined professionals, such as mechanical contractors, filtration experts, test and balance specialists, industrial hygienists, and, of course, professional HVAC system cleaning contractors.
