He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. "Donnie gave me a free estimate to repair a water heater vent leak in my upper story roof. While he was on the roof, he noticed rain diverters that were improperly installed and could potentially cause damage and he noticed shingles that had been damaged by a tree limb. His price for the repair for all these problems was fair and reasonable. He returned my calls on time and came to make the repairs when he said he would. It took him several hours to complete the work and he provided me pictures of the completed repairs. The second story roof is a place I will never see. I appreciated the pictures. Our house is older and the ductwork was a mess and not even the right size, but they took care of everything. They replaced the furnace, redid the ducts properly, and even added heat to rooms that never had it before. They also installed a smart thermostat and made sure we were comfortable using it before they left. Everyone we dealt with was professional but also genuinely kind and respectful. They were honest, fair with pricing, kept everything clean, and hauled away all the old equipment.
