"My tenant contacted me with concerns about mold on the ceiling and windows of their bathroom. This stemmed from a leak in the roof a few months earlier. I contacted Mike and he scheduled to take a look within that same week. He examined the bathroom, the other rooms in the house and the attic. He said that his product would eliminate the mold without having to rip up all the sheet rock, etc. We scheduled a time for him to come back to spray the product and he arrived as promised. It only took him a short time to spray the house and I was surprised how much the mold disappeared that same day. We scheduled a second visit just to make sure the product hit all the mold spores and it seemed to kill all the mold without having to replace the ceilings and walls. Also, he has a guarantee that if I see mold re-surfaced at all they will come and re-mediate. Overall I think this was a good, cost effective way to eliminate the problem and the tenants have not had any issues since.  <br />"

"With each service, the technicians were polite, punctual, and offered information to help me maintain service to the boiler. However, neither technician were able to actually solve the problem (fully functioning heat in the whole home) and one entire zone stops functioning quickly after service. The two other problem zones will provide heat to the radiators, but not enough to actually heat the space. Despite Isaac's service warranty, I don't feel confident in having a THIRD technician attempt to solve this problem, as two have already failed. At this point, I've spent over $100 to still have a cold house and am using space heaters, which will mean even more expense, and will now need to find another provider who can (hopefully) solve my heating problem. <br /> <br /> UPDATE 2/20/15 - I was contacted immediately by Isaac Heating to discuss a possible way to resolve this matter. They let me know that they have specialized staff who they call upon for more complicated problems. I agreed to another appointment with a supervisor who performed a more intense inspection of the system (checking each thermostat in each zone to see where the issues originated, among other things) and he discovered a disconnected wire, two malfunctioning zone valves, and a few other service updates and design problems with the system! Wow. I'm going to ask for Scott by name the next time I need assistance. Third time was the definitely the charm. He was able to get heat working to each zone, properly, and provided an estimate of approx $2800 for the repair work/updates. I have not completed these yet (I'm trying to adjust my budget for this unexpected cost on a house I bought 3 months ago) but it's been a week and still working well. The pressure is dropping in the boiler again, but I assume this would be corrected by the repairs quoted.  <br /> <br /> Overall: I'm happy that Isaac Heating went out of their way to contact me and send a third technician out to resolve the issue, but I am a bit disappointed that it took three attempts. But I'm not an expect, so maybe this is par for the course and I need to adjust my expectations. Knowing this, I will ask for Scott in the future as he is now familiar with my system."
