"Excellent, excellent service and response. Charge a flat rate service call but you pay a rate based on every 15 mins they are there. However, my husband was nervous they would take their time setting up, trouble-shooting, etc... But two of them were Johnny on the spot, called to confirm we were home, en-route, on time for appt., and professional. They even cleaned line all the way to city line just in case. Found 5 clogs, and charged us $130. Could not believe it was this in expensive."

I had used Roto-Rooter before and when I checked Angie's List , I saw that their ratings were essentially satisfactory and decided to try them again. <br /> The person who scheduled the same day appointment was very pleasant and the technician,Frank, was a steady, efficient worker who accomplished the root removal in a timely manner. Unfortunately that did not solve the toilet flushing problem. He next set about determining how to correct it. It turned out the toilet needed a number of parts replaced to function properly (fill valve, wax ring, flex line, floor bolts and caps) which he effectively accomplished. <br /> I thought the price charged was fair for the work performed. <br />"
